I returned the vehicle with more fuel (meter reading) than i picked it up. Then also I have been charged with fuel charges. I am not sure that charge should be there.

The problem was not the location. Why ask where we want tp pick up and drop off. You change it anyway.
Ronald FMy original pick up location was changed. The second location was dirty and I did the confirmation over the phone while on speaker. I confirmed where I could drop off the next day and was told yes. However when I got to that location I was told I had to go 20 minutes in th other direction to drop off. Not very good communication.
