Even if you select “rental at service desk” instead of online you still have to take pics of the rental vehicle so leave yourself enough time to do that

CAROLINA BI recently visited this U-Haul pickup location, and I have to say—it was hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made everything feel easy, organized, and stress-free. The manager was incredible—welcoming, professional, and clearly runs a tight ship. You could tell they truly care about customers and take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. They explained every step of the process, offered great tips for our move, and even helped us find the best equipment for our needs. The staff were equally amazing. Every worker I encountered was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, getting people checked in and out with speed and precision, all while keeping a positive, upbeat attitude. They even helped me double-check the vehicle to make sure it was clean, fueled, and ready to go. Honestly, I didn’t think I could be impressed by a truck rental, but this location goes above and beyond. If every U-Haul branch operated like this, moving would be a whole lot less stressful for everyone. Highly recommend this place—5 stars all the way!
BRENNAN CRaffi, was pleasant and thorough in his description of the renting procedure and rules. The van was a mess. Pet hair on the passanger seat, food on the floor and dirt in the storage area of the van. Yuck!

Raffi called the night before to confirm my reservation, which I very much appreciated, and met me at the location the next morning. SOPHIA GOwner was extremely rude, did not have the dolly I needed at the time of move. I have had terrible experiences with the company UHAL in general. I do not like the way they change locations last minute.

LEWIS MGreat service, easy and fast rental process. Only note is that the truck was old and therefore didn't have a back-up camera so definitely needed a second person to help with backing up. Drove fine though, no complaints there.
CHRISTINE REverything was great, except I had to return the truck after hours and i was unable to get the app to pick up my location. I gave up after 30 minutes of trying. Also, I didn't know if/how i was supposed to lock the back of the truck.
DILLON TDon’t trust this location. I always use my own coverage. This time he did not walk me trough tge car inspection, he handed the key and told me that this is the car, returned the way it is, he then said because I didn’t buy a coverage I’m responsible if any thing happens to the car. My mom. Was there she’s immediately stop us from taking the car my mom then asked the guy that she wants to purchase the coverage, the guys told us that it’s was too late. He the said I have money. It should be fine. We left the park with out checking the car. When we returned the car. The same guys walked through the car and immediately spot the hole on the plastic side mirror, whe claim that we hit something. I’m confident that that damage was there since before we pick up the car. I immediately reported to my insurance and requested my insurance to investigate and inspect the damage. They did not go through the claim the charged on my card. I will take this matter seriously, I will report to consumer affairs. This business is rip off. Be careful every time you pick up the car. They are not trust able.
Cholthicha BI have rented a cargo van from Raffi's a couple of time to run errands across town and always appreciate the friendly service. When making reservations, I would suggest filling out / upload your Drives license and info. on the website to make the process fast and easy. Thanks again to Harry & Raffi !

SARAH VWas charged for Furniture pads that were not on the truck. When I tried to rectify the owner could not figure out how to adjust my total in person, I waited around a long time. I was told the 5$ would be removed but it was not.
