I made the mistake of going to Home Depot first looking for a cargo van to move a washer/dryer. Don’t make the same mistake as me. The guys are Raffi’s were wonderful and they beat the Home Depot price for a 3 hr rental by $50+. Harry was super helpful and sweet. Please support this small local business!

Pick up was great. Owner was friendly and professional. However the return was horrible. I called as I was arriving to see if they preferred me to go to their back gated lot as a courtesy and for their convenience instead of front lot which is a shared public lot. This was 15 min. prior to closing which is what I expressed was my eta during pick up . The young man who answered the phone told me they didn’t have room and that I’d have to drop off at another location. I had an appt.an hour later and didn’t want to delay so I complied without question but asked if the other location would be expecting me or if they can confirm as I knew they were also closing soon. The young man confirmed this but when I got to the other /further location they had no record or communication from initial location. I called initial location and young man tried sending me to get another/further location. I refused and told him that I would be returning it as previously discussed with Raffi and follow the after hours drop off procedure. I arrived and two employees who were not the owner, were outside helping other customers. As they saw me pull up with the trailer and as I began to unload the trailer, they proceeded to lock the doors without even acknowledging me. Poorest work ethic and customer service ever. They could really benefit from more training or perhaps another line of work where they aren’t serving the public.
