Very inconvenient to both checkout and return. Everything had to be done with my phone. Checking in didn't upload my license photo. Had to sent a SMS of my license photos to person on the phone. No sure what would have happened if I hadn't figured out how sent the photos. The return process was more photos from my phone, which lucky I decided to try the QR code on the key return box to determine the process. This U-Haul location was not my choosing, I was redirect the day before my pick by the U-Haul location where I reserved the truck due to a problem with the truck. My worse experience with U-Haul related to pickup and return..
DAVID SThere was a website issue at the time of our pickup; but our local rep was so kind and helpful to keep our process moving. She really went above and beyond and made our pick up experience easy and as fast as could be under trying circumstances. I had literally come from the airport to the U-Haul location and everything was clean, ready and the process was simple.
JARED AMaybe better directions? Who would have thought it was at some peoples house that says its a flooring place. I lived out there when I was younger so I kind of knew where it was but it took a while cause it was at the very end of a long skinny street. The place was nice & clean & mowed and the people who lived there were very nice & helpful & I would recomend this place to anyone!
