There was a website issue at the time of our pickup; but our local rep was so kind and helpful to keep our process moving. She really went above and beyond and made our pick up experience easy and as fast as could be under trying circumstances. I had literally come from the airport to the U-Haul location and everything was clean, ready and the process was simple.

Maybe better directions? Who would have thought it was at some peoples house that says its a flooring place. I lived out there when I was younger so I kind of knew where it was but it took a while cause it was at the very end of a long skinny street. The place was nice & clean & mowed and the people who lived there were very nice & helpful & I would recomend this place to anyone!
