I was disappointed with u-haul for charging me a cleaning fee of $25 when I left the truck in the same condition I received it in, clean. Please have a customer service representative call me 847-372-5799

The truck cab had an empty chewing tobacco spitter bottle in the console, along with another empty water bottle. The roll door was frozen shut. There was also some trash and rodent droppings in the back of the truck. Would be better to have that cleaned out. The location also didn’t do a walk around of the truck, as it was so cold in Chicago.

By far one of the most stressful and traumatic experiences. I picked up the truck got all the way to my destination only to find out that they placed a deadbolt lock on the truck. My husband and I stood in the cold as it snowed trying to get ahold of the store and uhaul and truck share to try and figure out the code. The owner of the truck hung up on us multiple times because he didn’t know the code. I had to get a Uber XL bc I was picking up new furniture that was getting ruined bc of the snow.. horrible horrible horrible

Actually leave the truck on site, dont drive the customer to a second random location. Clean out the Truck next time, there was trash on the sides of the vehicle door. Dont have customers waiting 50+ minutes for the truck to come back. Get the contract done the first time, and dont threaten police contact unless absulutely necessary. They messed up doing their contract, because they had to drive me to a second location, using a personal car. So then they called the police on me to get the equipment, unreal.
