It's just annoying when they say to leave a quarter tank of gas so you don't get charged. and then you leave a quarter tank of gas and get charged. My advice, drain it cause they gonna charge you anyway. Kinda upsetting.

There is no specific spot for the truck, it’s park randomly in a street parking space and I was asked to park it anywhere in the street around and it took me sooo long to find a spot to park it, and the fact that I had to parallel park it a such a small space was another concern. When people are mocking they would be already stressed out and this U-hual made it even worse. Although the person managing it was super nice and helpful but I had to walk so long to get to the truck and pick it up.
NOMAN HOdd pickup situation. Truck smelled like cigarettes. Was charged for gas when it was returned with the same amount of gas.
