The drop off location in Lexington KY is mislabeled on your site as 767 E 7th St. The actual address is 615 E. 7th St. There is a gate that was open, but past reviews claim after hours drop off is not always possible as the gate is closed. This creates uncertainty when committing to an hour drive to drop off.

JEREMIAH MOriginal location had no drop box…called U-Haul. They told me to bring to after hour location. Wrong address…then to a third location and that had no drop box…put key in mail slot
MARK WThe process is difficult the app directs you to one location then you have to go to another to get the truck. The truck was backed up over a hill so I wasn’t able to look in the back when I got home there was nothing that I was charged for in the back. No dolly no pads nothing the truck was empty. The drop off was equally as confusing no clear place to drop key also we went to the location we picked up because it wasn’t explained that we had to drop off at the other location. Overall I will never use this location again thats if I even use U-Haul again.

JOHN BUnfortunately the location didn't have the dolly or furniture pads I ordered. Also, the day before the move I got a call from Uhaul that the original location I had asked to pick the truck up from was moving to this new location further from my house. The truck was in great condition, just some icky cup holders but I was able to clean them before driving. The instructions for finding the key to the truck were helpful and clear.

Dom TGave me the option to drop off after hours (on the app) but it wasn’t permitted at that location. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour on what to do. Had to talk to multiple people because the first 2 told me they couldn’t help me. Very frustrating, they charged me multiple different times, then afterwards I’m being charged for gas just like last time. The location proceeded to call me the next morning and make sure I knew I slowed down their entire day because I “parked the vehicle in front of their main gate” which is what customer service told me to do- and I had no other option to do anything else.

CRAIG CI reserved a 24/7 truck share and the manager called me before I arrived to pick my truck up and informed me they closed at 1pm on Saturday's and explained the check in process so that I had no confusion when I got there if he wouldn’t have went out of his way to do that it would have been difficult for me! Thank you I’m not tech savvy and that helped a lot!
