When I dropped the trailer at this location there was no one around so I called the phone number listed on a sign there. They told me to drop it without needing to speak to or see anyone. Then 2 days later someone at U-Haul called me asking why I hadn’t dropped the trailer yet. The bums at this location didn’t even bother to do their jobs. Luckily the U-Haul rep on the phone was helpful and closed out the rental for them. I’m sure they had to call to verify the trailer was there and in good shape. I’d bet the rep would rate them poorly too since they’re creating work for others to deal with.
