Going back to my initial reservation, I never received a confirmation phone call the day prior to picking up the truck. I initiated a call late in the evening the night before and am happy I did since the pickup location was changed by UHaul and I had no idea until calling. Upon finding that out, I called UHaul to discuss and waited 35 minutes for a call back. The operator knew nothing about the change in location so she forwarded me to Scheduling where I waited another 1 hour and 14 minutes for a call back. Immediately upon answering this call, I was cut off and needed to start the call back procedure over, without another call back. Overall, a VERY POOR experience with UHaul.

Rental was extremely dirty inside including food on the seat, sand and cigarette ashes on the floor and seats as well as a cigarette smoking smell Application would not take or upload photos and reservation ended up timing out and needing reset. Called local manager who answered once but not when I called back no answer, call back or response to text since sent on Monday

LUCRETIA AWhen I dropped the trailer at this location there was no one around so I called the phone number listed on a sign there. They told me to drop it without needing to speak to or see anyone. Then 2 days later someone at U-Haul called me asking why I hadn’t dropped the trailer yet. The bums at this location didn’t even bother to do their jobs. Luckily the U-Haul rep on the phone was helpful and closed out the rental for them. I’m sure they had to call to verify the trailer was there and in good shape. I’d bet the rep would rate them poorly too since they’re creating work for others to deal with.
