JACOB BIt took far too long to acquire this rental. Also being rerouted to a different location was inconvenient, long wait to acquire. We were trying to stick to a schedule, beating a snow storm, which was unsuccessful. The unit was buried in snow, causing more time. I'm not happy

JEFFERY KEverything went very smoothly at this location, however I would have preferred if the person there would offer to help hook up the trailer as I had to call my dad to help me hook it up.

Jason AThis location was a comedy of errors, with extremely poor support and resolution on the phone. I have now twice been through waiting and escalation, with promise of a call back from a manager, and NO ONE has called me back. My pick up time was delayed by one hour and moved to a location that was actually closed! The pick up was 5 hour later than what I had booked, forcing me to change all my moving plans. The Moving Help (MH) booking got cancelled 20 hrs before the schedule work (even if I had booked it 60 days in advanced and made several attempt to confirm it). I understand that MH is two degrees of separation from U-Haul, but as a customer, I am the one left with an extremely poor UHaul experience, with ZERO accountability from either U-Haul or MH on the phone support lines. I am out of pocket $300 due to MH cancellation. As an added frustration - the truck had a mechanical issue that required towing. The roadside team itself was very good - and want to commend them for their support. Through the rest of the process I spoke to Valerie_Defreece@uhaul.com who promised a call back from a supervisor within 48 hrs (because the staff was off for Canada Day). This never occurred. When I followed up after that 48 hrs window I called and spoke to a traffic manager called Dilnoor (or maybe Dilmoor). She said she couldn’t help me more, but committed to 1 - sending me an email confirming our conversation (and she verified she has the correct email from me) and 2 - Get a “superior” to call me back the following day. Neither of these things occurred. I will continue to request speaking to the right level of management that can create a proper compensation proposal to solve this issue. I had previously rented from U-Haul June 10-14, 2024. I was brown away by the support I had received and had sent glowing reviews of my experience. Unfortunately, at this point the entire goodwill has eroded… and more. Please take this opportunity to make this right.
Patrick ROrdered a dolly didn’t get one but charged for one. Drove a total of 47 km and charged 120 dollars for fuel. The U-Haul reps at this location do not explain anything about the rental process. Truck interior was dirty on pick up. Extremely disappointed with this rental, use another U-Haul site as this company is unprofessional.
Terry JThis location is in a good area, but with only 1 staff there was nobody to do a walk through with and I feel the KM I was charged for is higher then the the KM that I used. I would recommend but I would say make sure you take plenty of before and after pic's as I did, include gas gage, and KM.
