I booked a 4x7 trailer from this location then I was called a few days before and said I would be getting a 5x9 trailer instead, I assumed the price would be the same as the 4x7 since that is what I booked. I was charged the full amount for the 5x9 trailer. When I checked the trailer in I did not get a receipt or anything. The guy just typed the trailer number and my name into a WhatsApp conversation and sent me on my way. So I did the check out myself online, even though it appeared like the check out had not even been completed yet. So I paid more then I should have and the staff at the store do not know what they are doing.
