How U-Haul Reviews Workstreamline the pick up process. I had to wait 30 minutes before actually getting the truck. There was only one person working in the Rama General store, and he had to prioritize customers soming into the store. I stood waiting until there were no more customers. The return process was done digitally and was very smooth, quick, and easy.
Phil BThe trailer lights didn’t work. I had to rewire them myself in the parking lot so I could take the only trailer in the lot. It took me nearly an hour. Your agent was helpful.
Thea KIt’s primarily a general store but at other full service U-Hauls there are staff to mount the trailer and also assist with checking brake lights and turning indicators. Not a big deal. Overall convenient location and pleasant staff.
