RODRIGO RRated "Poor" because gas level in tank going out was wrong. #78292714 said 3/4 full gas tank, but it was only 5/8 full. Level coming back was 9/16, which was on the low side. Consequently I was charged for 5 gallons of fuel, when it should have been only ONE gallon. You can verify via mileage. Mileage going out was 8310. Mileage in was 8321. I drove eleven miles in cargo van BE2593Y. Receipts verify this. How could eleven miles travel use five gallons of gas? It can't. I was overcharged by $20.

CESAR AI purchased blankets and a hand truck, both were not available when I arrived
ANTHONY KGave me the wrong truck at pickup (15 ft instead of 10 ft) When I came back to tell them the guy told me it’s the truck I had order online. I showed him my confirmation and until then he looked in the computer and admitted to giving me the wrong key. Did not want to give me a printed receipt. Guy seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to take the 15 foot truck. Won’t be renting from this location again.

PABLO GAn hr late had to cancel because of this. The worker there was also very rude showed up an hr late and then instead of helping customers he decided to keep the doors locked while he made his coffee and was texting I will not be using U-Haul again

ELVIA SThis location is conveniently located nearby which is beneficial and on the plus side. They also seem to have a better selection as far as types and sizes of vehicles than other locations. On the down side the vehicles don't seem to be well maintained in terms of the cargo areas nor do I think they are cleaned after a customer returns them. Personnel at the rental location should make the customer aware of any prior damage to the vehicle and participate in the vehicle inspection and documenting the vehicles condition prior to the customer taking possession of the vehicle. I would think U-Haul would want to know this kind of information so they can take a vehicle out of service for repairs or possible replacement. Anyway, those are my thoughts, and otherwise I had a positive experience with my rental.

MARIO RThis was not where my original reservation was set. I reserved a 15’ truck and trailer for 10/27. U-Haul called me on the afternoon of the 26th and informed me that my equipment was at two different locations openi at different times. This F’ed up my plans as I had to pick up the equipment early and adjust my plans to accommodate U-Haul! Total B.S. I will consider changing who I do business with after this experience!

KENNETH AThe vehicle I reserved wasn’t available when I arrived. Reserved a 26’ truck and they only had a 10’ available. Movers were already at the home boxing up and ready to go. Imagine moving a 4 bedroom home with only a 10’ truck! Nobody called me to inform me it was not available or to reschedule or to locate another place that can accommodate me. Very-very bad experience all the way around.
omar mTruck was disgustingly dirty in the cab and box. Truck looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. The worst of it wa the AC didn’t work properly. Will never rent from this location again and if I could get my money back I would.
DAVID MEverything was very good , but the truck had problem and I was 4 hr pass to return . The truck had Alalimet problems and you can go more than 25 miles . A soon as you go more than 25 pulling truck to the left . Please make note . Thanks
siavosh rI brought it in full and they still charged me $36 after I put in $10 to make it full, these guys are rip offs. The clerk asked me to take a picture of the mileage and the gas before I turned in the keys but I had no phone he had a phone but he couldn't leave his office for 2 minutes to go take a picture of it and then charged me extra gas.

Jose MThe Uhaul App is very slow for uploading pictures. Takes so long that it often times, it times out and have to restart the process. Gets very annoying when instead of being done in 10-15 mins, it takes almost an hour. And not a problem with my phone because I had 5G UW service that runs 400+ MB per second and every other app runs very fast.
Raul VI ordered a dolly with the uhaul but did not receive a dolly.
Reagan HThe inside was dirty with old bottle waters , cup holder had sticky juice or beer strong smell. This U-Haul se end a lot of gas 43 dlls for 35 miles too much
