The overall experience was terrible. The location I originally reserved did not have the truck and U-Haul sent me to pick up at another location. I was supposed to pick up at 9 am as I had workers ready to help at that time. The business never opened and U-Haul sent me to another location farther away. I was able to pick up the truck but they did not have the moving blankets I reserved so I had to go somewhere to pick them up. Not once did anyone from U-Haul offer any kind of compensation or discount for being inconvenienced the way I was. Cost me money for workers, blankets, but most of all time!

This location charges you with missing equipment, they want to do fraud and make extra charges ! Even if you share the photos and drop off!

The vehicle I booked online was not available at the location. I was on hold for 15 minutes before being redirected to a UHAUL facility 20 miles away where I eventually rented a vehicle. The vehicle itself was good. Your service is poor.

The attendant was threatening me a cleaning fee for very lite rubbish in the back of the truck. However that is the condition they issued the van

My reservation included 2 Utility Dollies, 24 furniture pads, and 1 appliance dolly. They were not in the truck, I let the location know and the man said I would not get charged for them. I called the Uhaul office(number that confirmed my order) and they told me that my contract included the items and that I did get charged for them. Went back inside the location and the man insisted that I was not charged for them and could not do anything on his end. Worse experience, do not recommend this location.

Make sure your trucks are running well because the truck I rented would not shift into gear on the freeway it would get stuck on 40 miles an hour.

They scammed me on gas and damage to their truck. I only drive the truck 15 minutes total with 3/4 tank full and said in the paper that it started as full tank. Also they charged me for a small scratch on the windshield that I didn’t see when I first picked up the truck. They point it out after I came back from a few miles of driving. It was set up where they knew I was not accepting their insurance plan and specifically made me agree to their contract language on video camera regarding insurance and damage to the truck prior to leaving the facility. Don’t use this company for Uhaul rentals! They’ll find a small scratch and blame you for it and make you pay hundreds of dollars for it! Scammers! It’s not worth the lower price for the rental. They nitpick a tiny damage and make YOU PAY! Don’t be a fool! Go to Home Depot instead! Cost a little bit more but they won’t scam you. They have a better system of tracking damage to their trucks.

Customer service was quite negligent and unfriendly from the gentleman at the register. I ended up getting my receipt emailed three days after returning and charged an extra $200 despite only using the trailer for 3 hours. I called the business and was refunded immediately. Phone service was much better and professional.

Location is ok, could not take pictures of truck from the side unless i move it, in order to get the entire side. A benefit of this specific location is that it has its own gas station and prices are decent so you are able to refill right there and then. Costumer service was ok. Truck itself was not kept clean and well maintained, the gas cap was broken, interior was not to bad, outside was durty, dry mud on tires and undercariage.

I put gas on the truck and the truck wouldn’t adjust so U-Haul charged for not leaving it the way i got it, but i did put gas in it and i was going to leave it with more than i got it with. But the gas gauge wasn’t working so I ended up having to pay.

Let the cost as it was in the reservation. I paid assurance for 15 dlls when I did the reservation but at the end I was charged 30 dlls. Nobody could explained why.

Originally reserved elsewhere but they didn’t have a van sent me to pickup at another location and they didn’t have one! Ended up at this location.. took an extra hour running around after I had already reserved!! Not happy

Make sure you have proper knowledgeable workers at your satellite Uhaul locations infecting kid rushed to hook up trailer since he was more concerned with his gas station customers then taking the time to hook trailer up properly which came off the ball & damaged my mint $120k vehicle. I did rent from this location again but I hooked up the trailer myself with zero issues.

The guy who ran the place couldn’t help me. I had to lift the tongue to put in the ball. But, I couldn’t by myself. I went back and asked for some kind of help, and he got testy. My brother had to leave his job to help me. The back of the trailer had trash in it. There was a speaker in the side of it. I honestly don’t know why you guys use locations that are so unhelpful. He didn’t even understand anything about the trailer! I chose a different location for pick up, but you guys made me go to that horrible location. Lifting that tongue was really heavy, and we had a hard time getting it to seat properly.

Rated "Poor" because gas level in tank going out was wrong. #78292714 said 3/4 full gas tank, but it was only 5/8 full. Level coming back was 9/16, which was on the low side. Consequently I was charged for 5 gallons of fuel, when it should have been only ONE gallon. You can verify via mileage. Mileage going out was 8310. Mileage in was 8321. I drove eleven miles in cargo van BE2593Y. Receipts verify this. How could eleven miles travel use five gallons of gas? It can't. I was overcharged by $20.

Gave me the wrong truck at pickup (15 ft instead of 10 ft) When I came back to tell them the guy told me it’s the truck I had order online. I showed him my confirmation and until then he looked in the computer and admitted to giving me the wrong key. Did not want to give me a printed receipt. Guy seemed annoyed that I didn’t want to take the 15 foot truck. Won’t be renting from this location again.
