Two things i did not like 1: i did not get the truck size i reserved with several weeks in advance 2: my dropoff location was changed last minute without even anyone calling me and i ended up having to pay extra for mileage due to the new dropoff location distance.
Paul JThe vehicle, a 9’ cargo van, was very clean, in excellent condition, and low mileage on the odometer. I need to commend Don for his efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. When I had problems trying to check in using the app he stepped in and helped me all the while juggling customers who had come in to buy fuel. Don was the best and made the whole process seamless and effortless.
