How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location was great, but it was a secondary choice. Uhaul seems to be ignoring the fact that I made an online reservation, but when I arrived to pick up the truck, the office was closed, even though their hours showed they would be open, and the keys were not available. It turned into an hour long delay. I give credit to the assistant who found this location and transferred my reservation. The person at the counter was quick and helpful as well. Also, added bonus that remco is a gas station, so topping off the tank at drop off was very easy.
