When we looked up the price for the rentals it gave us a price. When I got to the rental it was $80.00 more. I was told I needed a $440.00 deposit also. None of this was communicated with the online checking. When called the local haul they said they could reserve the rental and online wasn't needed. 80.00 is quite a difference and no mention of the deposit anywhere. The representative at the u haul was nice just too many discrepancies. Not good for honest service. Took a long time at the office.we had reservations it shouldn't have taken so long.
