No issues with the drop off location, but i would not have dropped the truck off at this location if I was told about the $198 wrong location drop off fee by the representative at location i picked the truck up from.

Interior of vehicle was not clean.
Gentleman was rude when they could not find keys that were in their lock box on front of building. They had not looked well. They have several. One was not very secure, so placed key in key lock box that was finally able to get to lock once key was placed inside. Lady that did the rental agreement with us was very nice. Vehicle we rented was perfect for our use, ran mechanically well, smooth ride, decent fuel mileage. I believe It was a Dodge Sprinter Cargo Van.

Was night and returned equipment with website so couldn't see much. But parking lot was spacious with plenty of room to park truck. That's rare with U-Haul locations and very appreciated.
But the U-Haul app is garbage and buggy. Had to use the website instead.

Met us outside, checked out the trailer with us, showed us where to park it and uncoupled the trailer
They actually DID their job and didn't have you holding a phone for instructions like Compass Ventures did.

The small trailer pull very nice they follow straight with and without weight! All lights are bright enough for safely precautions!
