The location looked like a scrap yard. The fellow working couldn’t speak English, but quickly phoned someone for us to talk to. It was so nice that they helped us removing and moving the dolly! That in itself is why I would recommend this location!

We showed up on time and no one was there to give us the equipment. We contacted U Haul and went back an hour later and got the equipment without any issues. However, we were told that the equipment had passed inspection a month before and my husband later found during the trip that one of the wheels on the trailer did not match the others. We assumed UHaul was aware and completed the journey. My husband did have to fill it with air a few times and just after arriving at our destination, the tire split open. I'm not sure if or how the trailer passed inspection to begin with, I'm just grateful it made the trip intact.
Rebecca KI was given a poorly maintained auto transport and truck both of which caught on fire while traveling through Alabama almost causing severe injury to my partner, our two cats and me. I cannot believe you guys have us an unsafe vehicle which was not road worthy for a cross country trip. I am thinking of pursuing legal action given the overall poor service. Also, a file was started on our complaints and the U-Haul team was supposed to contact me by three business days which has not happened.

RUDY SNo one was there to receive uhaul. Called office number, man said to leave it anywhere in property. My husband waited for man to arrive, he was close by. He arrives and said he'd check it in later, that was 7/23. On 7/24 it hadn't been processed in so I drove to the location and checked it in online, no one was there again.
