Did not have the initial intention of showing me how to put my car on trailer. Car was full of mud. 100% it was not sanitized even though we are in a middle of a pandemic. In the sense of talking to the two employees helping be the characters that they had were nice and genuine. But overall the quality of helping me understand the proper way to use the trailer was poor. Also we're forgetful of how to connect lights that show that I am slowing down or stopping. I had to yell as they walked away â€œwhat's this forâ€ a wire just de-connected dangling. My concern was having my car fly off and taking my car off myself and back into trailer due to lack of knowledge I was given on how to do so.KYRA W.
The pick up location was muddy and ruddy coming in. Messy getting the trailer hooked up, lights on the trailer only gave me brake lights and flasher at best. It could be the trailer or my vehicle the hitch and wiring was installed by uhaul on my Jeep Wrangler. It would been nice if the service tech would of trouble shoot this before traveling all the way to Texas.Craig C.

Furniture dolly was broken when we got it. The location didn't have a replacement. The owner was rude. When we dropped off the truck and dolly, he admitted he had used the dolly in his automotive shop but still implied that I had broken the dolly. He did give us a refund for the rental of the dolly, but only after my insistence. I will use a different location in the future.Marianna H.
