I had an appointment to pick up my uHaul on November 24th at 9. There was no one there. so, i had to call and they said they did not know that they had a rental and it would be half an hour before they could get there. it was over half an hour before they got there and when they started to process my rental they did not have the equipment that i requested. They also were having problems with the computer so they said and the who time the guy was cussing because he kept screwing up the changes that had to be made due to not having the requested equipment. I asked if they could do any reduction on my price due to them not being there at the requested time and also not having equipment that was ordered. he then said they make no money off the uhaul rentals and would not give a discount! They were not professional.

ROYDEN FClean the trailer, have the rental person there instead of leaving early. I was scheduled at 4 pm and no one was there and the doors were locked. We left and called another uhaul place and they called someone to get the person that should of been there to get there. No help in hooking up the trailer. No happy with them at all.
SUSAN MThe first truck they tried to provide me had severe damage to the door. The equipment I ordered with the truck was not at the location and I had to drive somewhere else to get it. The truck I ended up with (the only other option) was out of alignment (I was making a 700 mile move) and had over 90,000 miles. To say it was rough is an understatement. Then with these problems I was given excuse after excuse and when they contacted "corporate" their answer was to cancel the contract and not get any truck. There are three other U-haul's close by, but I needed a truck since I flew in to move my 80 year old parents and was on a time line. Was refunded for the $32 for the equipment that I had to go to another location to pick up, and then told by the "corporate" person, that I was lucky he was refunding my reservation guarantee $50 because this isn't supposed to happen for equipment, just for trucks. It took me over 90 minutes to get a truck and for U-haul to find the equipment I reserved.
PAUL BI was told theyd be open at 9:00am and my U-Haul was due at 9:14am. I arrived before 9 to drop it off and their sign said they opened at 10. I’ve since received an email saying they did not receive the truck
