The trailer was backed into a fence and it was impossible to pick up the tongue to hitch it to the car. The desk receptionist (older female who was very helpful but not strong) had to get a neighboring tow truck to pull it out. There was no way I could have hitched it myself and there were no strong employees that could help. My 86 year old father and myself being a 62 year old female were not capable of the strength needed to hitch up the trailer the way it was parked, and without a jack. The trailer was not swept out. It took an hour and a half to complete the pick-up. If a U-haul is needed in the future in that area, we will be choosing a different location.

BRITTANY TThis store is a disgrace, l have future rentals and will be charging my pick- up location to another store, they overpriced my rental just because they could, l was told one price with customer service and they quoted us another price just because they could, we were desperate, and needed a truck and they took advantage of our situation. They had the nerve to charge an extra day because we COULD NT return the truck in time due to the snow storm which was out of our control, and we were told by CS, due to the storm we wouldn’t be charged extra, we will never rent here again EVER….. MICHAEL S1 hr after posted opening time but no one was there.
RANDY LI drop my truck and trailer off on Saturday. They were closed for the holidays. So no one was there. I only had the truck since Friday (that's two days) . Today I get billed for a extra day ,$92 dollars. I know this place has 📷 but I guess they are two lazy to look at them. I did use the app when I dropped it off on Saturday. Today I get my bill for the 92 extra dollars and call customer assistance and they refunded me, they were a great help and nice.
