Truck was not ready as promised, but upon arriving the staff worked with me to finalize my rental. I was required to go to a different location for my moving pads, which were all reserved in advance. My initial pickup location was changed from my preferred location, which was open earlier and had more staff, and the office of the new location wasn't open in time to meet my agreed-upon pickup time.
WILLIAM BService was excellent
CURTIS PI returned it after hours. They billed me $50 for cleaning sand in the truck that was there when I received it out of state.
