TAMMY WI dropped off after hours, so no one helped me. I did my pictures and returned the key in the drop box. The only thing I'd suggest is a better sign for return parking.
DIEMTHUY CThe cab leaked water all over me while driving through rain storms however, that’s not an issue anyone could prevent unless they knew of it. I informed the uhaul employees and they seemed eager to jump on it. So all in all good experience. Life happens.

Timothy GI rented the tow dolly, but had to return it because the car I went to pick up wasn't able to be pulled. I didn't use it, so it just got to go on a little walk I guess lol

Richard LWhen returning the truck that smelled like cigarette smoke and cause breathing issues, an older man keep interrupting my conversation with the woman I was returning the keys too. He was rude and sexist treating me as if I was an idiot. He then over charged me because I didn’t cow to him. This was a horrible experience. I will never rent from Uhaul again and they were my go to rental places before this experience.

James sA cleaner vehicle would be nice. There was trash behind the seat. When I replaced the gas that I used it wasn’t satisfactory to the U Haul attendant. I had to make another trip to the gas station to get the fuel gauge EXACTLY where it was when I first got in it. If U Haul is worried about an half gallon of gas I can go elsewhere to rent something. And it was too expensive for a one day pickup truck rental.
Harry MUsed the trailer to keep my things dry for a beach vacation. It's the second time I did it perfect for a week vacation keeps everything dry and very affordable. Would definitely use again.

cecil wEvery single time I use U-Haul I get charged a fortune. Y’all advertise all these trucks at one price, then I come in and pay over 100 dollars, drive less miles than I quoted, and then pay another 100 some dollars after. If I ever need a truck again, I’ll be sure to call Penske or literally anyone else first.
Austin LRandolph Storage is an excellent choice when it comes to storage rentals as well as U-Haul rentals. We have used them several times and we have had zero issues! I recommend this U-Haul rental site to any and everyone!! Thank you for making our move much smoother because of the ease in getting the truck we needed as well as the storage unit that we needed as well!!!
