At 8 pm after dropping off the truck the traffic light to turn left on Albemarle Road was extremely slow. We thought there was something wrong with it and after maybe 4-5 minutes I was about to get out of my car and ask the car in front of me to go, but the light finally turned green. It may not be so slow during business hours but it was the slowest light I've ever seen at 8 pm!

JASON GRandolph Storage is my go to for uhaul rentals, they are easy to work with and always friendly.
BRIAN DI believe you should pick up the rented vehicle full of fuel and return it full. Guessing how much to put in the vehicle is not fair or accurate. Fuel is too expensive to guess how much to add.
Christopher AIf sure would be great if Uhaul could figure out how to charge the individual renting(ME) for my clients(the folks doing the actual moving) ONE TIME for the total amount of the rental. I am getting a receipt and then when my next client goes to pick up a rental I have paid for, there is an alert on my account as Uhaul has to charge piece meal instead of charging me one fee pursuant to the rental drop off. I am a program manager for vulnerable and disabled individuals who we keep housed. When I am spending 3 hours on the phone with Uhaul to get an alert removed from my account, a homeless or disabled person goes without my assistance as I am wasting time trying to pay for a service I thought I already paid for. Happy to discuss.

WILLIAM JI use this location for my truck rentals and storage on 42. The office staff, especially Brenda, is wonderful in customer service. They go out of their way to explain everything involved with the truck and storage rental, answer any questions, polite, and in general just helpful. If you need a truck or storage give Randolph Storage - Brookway Rd. Asheboro a call.

CALEB CAlthough the inside of the truck that I rented wasn't clean, it did not take away from this experience. The employees were helpful and kind. They were quick with their service and the whole experience was a breeze. I will definitely use them again for any future Uhaul needs.
