Joe RMy husband is not a people person, he said the lady was very nice and helpful, so that says a lot to me! Pick up was easy, I did the process on line so he wouldn’t have much to do when he got there. We got the trailer on Friday and dropped it off on Sunday, easy transaction! Would rent from them again!

JOHN WExcellent location for easy access however employee knowledge of trailer hookup could use improvement. The truck and trailer were clean. We had a major issue with the trailer frame cracking and having less than adequate tire tread (and a flat). Had to pay to rent an extra day because of having to reload the trailer after the frame cracking worsened in Tonopah NV.
Scot DLocation was closed when we dropped off, not fair to rate them if they were closed.
