It was a night drop off so we never interacted with personnel I wouldnt recommend this location because UHAULS app points you to a wrong map address leaving you to underestimate the mileage and it even ended up being farther than the other 2 locations once we Googled it to drop it off. Sounds like a mileage scam.

trailer was dirty and only the left brake light worked

Irving DBe sure gas tank is totally full when being picked up if you expect it to be returned totally full. Previous customer had not topped it off before returning.
