These are scammers the entire family work at this location i reserved a 15 in uhaul i got there it wasn’t there the manager tells me an my sister to come sit in the office then proceed to say i be back and i hope y’all don’t steal anything out of my office so he comes back and say the uhaul i reserved is not there while i’m in his office he hasn’t told me the reason why my reservation truck wasn’t there i asked him can they send me to another location he proceeded to say i can’t do that so i asked can i get some of my money back since the one i reserved wasn’t there he tells me i have a smaller one but i haven’t checked it i really needed to move my things so i asked the guy if i take this one can you please help me get some of my money back because i reserve the 15 in he says this is all he can do for me we walk outside to look at the truck and after he takes my payment he says oh there’s my niece pulling up in the one you reserved i’m thinking this is really shady he says he let his niece use it and she been in it for 2days so you mean to tell me he’s letting his relatives use uhaul for free and paying customers like me have to pay and get scammed out of what i actually purchased it’s ridiculous and that guy needs to be disciplined for his actions i may not be the only one there trying to scam and get over on this location need to be checked to see all the ghetto things that are going on up there!

Brittnee PCould not find key waiting for over an hour, then found key but was in night box but they didn’t have code for night box.. representative that was on phone to to complete transaction was very rude and didn’t want to help and made me complete transaction on phone …I called several times to inform what’s was going on with key because I wanted to cancel with No Answer from customer service ….then I still get extra charge from UHaul …
