During open hours someone knowledgeable should be available to assist customers with needs. Instead of telling customers to find another location to rent from. Also, contracts need to be closed in a timely manner. Very unprofessional

The UHaul app is terrible!!!! Had to contact customer service and then be connected to tech. Had to reserve all over, then only got the keys from the lockbox after an employee came to open the store! The location was terrific! The truck was ready and waiting, clean, etc. But the app is a nightmare!!
