Amazing customer service. I had to extend my rental another day and they did it gladly, they cared about my situation. I ordered food to goafter I dropped off my rental, got a 2 piece chicken, biscuit n fries, best chicken ever, biscuits were so good n the fries were amazing as well.

My reservation was rescheduled a few times, and I was never given a reason why. They told me that my reservation was at 10:45 am. The owner or employee of the business arrived 2 minutes before. Not friendly. I’m not sure if he was just having a rough morning or not, which I can understand, but some kindness would’ve been nice. When returning the key, I was waiting in the business without anyone being there. I called their number, I rang the bell, and no one came to help. As I was getting back into my vehicle to leave, I received a call back and that’s when I was able to return the key and part my own way.
Joselyn MDidn’t like it that he said vehicle we had to make sure gas was full on return and when we got into truck , it only had 1/4 tank.
Dan MThe truck had a very bad smell and it wasn't clean I also was over charged even though the sign said it was 19.95 to rent but I was charged 37 dollars.
ROSETTA GDuring open hours someone knowledgeable should be available to assist customers with needs. Instead of telling customers to find another location to rent from. Also, contracts need to be closed in a timely manner. Very unprofessional
