My reservation was rescheduled a few times, and I was never given a reason why. They told me that my reservation was at 10:45 am. The owner or employee of the business arrived 2 minutes before. Not friendly. I’m not sure if he was just having a rough morning or not, which I can understand, but some kindness would’ve been nice. When returning the key, I was waiting in the business without anyone being there. I called their number, I rang the bell, and no one came to help. As I was getting back into my vehicle to leave, I received a call back and that’s when I was able to return the key and part my own way.

Didn’t like it that he said vehicle we had to make sure gas was full on return and when we got into truck , it only had 1/4 tank.

ROSETTA GDuring open hours someone knowledgeable should be available to assist customers with needs. Instead of telling customers to find another location to rent from. Also, contracts need to be closed in a timely manner. Very unprofessional
shaquina SThe UHaul app is terrible!!!! Had to contact customer service and then be connected to tech. Had to reserve all over, then only got the keys from the lockbox after an employee came to open the store! The location was terrific! The truck was ready and waiting, clean, etc. But the app is a nightmare!!
