Get rid of the extra $1.03 a mile charge. Its excessive and will cause customers not want to rent again.

Did not have my equipment at my reserved location. I had to go to another location which made me late for my commitments. I was told I would be compensated for my inconvenience but I was not.
Dennis WI selected Rapps because I can walk to and from the location in about 40 minutes, which is a big help. This is my fourth time dropping off a truck and travel trailer at Rapps in the past six months (I am undertaking a major move from Florida to Western Pennsylvania). They have been extremely accommodating when I drop off a car transport trailer and then the truck after I unload it a few days later. They are quick to process the return, and they are very friendly and helpful when I have to leave the truck for pickup the next day. I certainly will rent a UHaul from them if I need one after I complete my move. I also would not hesitate to take them my bicycle, even my high-end bike, based on the quality of their UHaul work.

Cheryl MI have used Rapps Bicycle Center & U-Haul 5 times in the past 10 years. Their service, attention to detail and overall customer appreciation cannot be beat. There are a half dozen or more U-Haul choices in my town. I choose Rapps because they are the best!
KATHRYN WNo issues with picking up. Guy helping us initially seemed a bit grumpy but maybe he was just having a rough morning. He hooked us up and checked lights after paperwork and we were on our way.

DANIEL MI reported that the truck had a muffler problem, and the owner noted that he already began the process of repairing it. Since there was essentially no distance between the place where I picked up the truck and where I loaded it, I did not detect the problem until I was loaded and on the road.

JOSEPH KThe truck I rented was completely unsafe, and not suitable to drive whatsoever. The brakes/rotors were in such poor condition, and every stop I made was terrifying. It was even worse when the truck was fully loaded. I'd like to request at least a partial refund, and also file a complaint against that location. I believe they should investigated as soon as possible in order to ensure no one gets hurt or worse.

DALE BThe only suggestion I have is to have a lot more Cargo Vans available in my my area as well as my tri-county area. I took a lot of searching for a few days to find only 1 van and had to travel 45 minutes to the pick up /drop off point.

Kevin SThe check in process was difficult. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with uhaul because of complications with the pick up. Which caused us to get a late start to our move. For that Inconvienve uhaul should have given a discount. Your app and website was not user friendly.

GEORGE BBike shop at Butler, PA. Nothing! Keep it as it is! Ira Murdock in Butler, PA was especially helpful in getting me to a nearby Kia dealer to get my pigtail fixed on my Kia, so the right turn signal on the trailer would work. I thank him for all his help!! However II went to the bike shop in Butler because it was closer to the Kia dealer when I rented.

RELAMAE CI had reservations for a truck in saxonburg pa 3 miles from my location. U haul told me the couldn’t guarantee a truck there. Even though I reserved more then 2 weeks out. Had to drive 35 minutes to find out the new location didn’t open until 10am. I haul said 9am. The employee at Rapp said he would help us and got is the truck a little after 9 even though the weren’t open. Also drove past another u haul rental place closer to home that had the same size truck. Seems like you are trying to get more mileage out of people

JEROE ZI made the reservation several weeks ahead of time and the location nearest to my house did not have the proper truck. Found out the day before that I had to go 30 minutes to this location.

Mark CI dropped off the truck at the end of the day. I was met by a man leaving the facility. He told me there was nothing he could do for me about the leaking other than to call UHaul. He proceeded to tell me the issues UHaul had nationwide that prevented the company from operating efficiently. The encounter just verified how inefficient and inept UHaul is. I'm clearly on my own and UHaul doesn't care one bit about anything it's clients experience.
