Lisa GThis isn't necessarily a critique of Rapps, but an explanation of my displeasure with Uhaul. Rapps was not my initial pickup location. I was notified late the night before my pickup that my location moved to Rapps, which was 45 minutes away. My pickup time was 8 am. Upon arriving at Rapps, I see that they don't open until 10am. I called dispatch, they apologized and stated I would get a $50.00 credit for the inconvenience. Never saw it. The Rapps employee was kind, helpful and understanding of my frustration.
