Don't allow smoking in vehicles
JAMES B.The computer system was not functioning properly. The local team was fantastic, but the Uhaul backbone was not. It took longer than expected while Uhaul tech support resolved the issue.

Jonathan S.The van's interior was COVERED in motor oil I had to sop it up with my own towel once I realized it wasn't just water (I picked up in the rain so I thought i twas water the night of pickup) The van was parked in a way that a person that wasn't used to driving a van would have hit other u haul trailers or the building, the location knowing an after hours pickup was occurring could have parked it out front. And the after hours process with the app is horrendous as well, you need to allow folks to preform the pictures before hand so you aren't having to take pictures in a dark car.
