Unacceptable service. Get another person at that location. Or get rid of this location. . He lied to us about everything. Truck was dirty, the dolly was not there he said it was. We looked before we left and it was not there. We had to wait two hours after scheduled pick up time to get dolly. The previous person did not put gas in the truck as well. I put 10.00 gas in. More than I needed to put in. I was told he would take off $10.00 off my account for the dolly issue. And he added $4.16 on my credit card. I paid too much for all that hassle.
