The system was down, which is no fault of the locations, but the truck was dirty, red juice or something spilled all in the dash not wiped off hair just unclean. When I brought the U-Haul back because the system was down, we had to do some of my paperwork at that time and I was quoted for insurance on the vehicle when I asked why my balance seems so high he said “that’s a total” I asked again, but why to which he says “oh did you want insurance on it” ? I asked why would I purchase insurance on it if I’ve already brought it back in the same condition. He replies oh that makes sense. It just seemed very weird to me. I didn’t like the interaction. I didn’t like my service or experience.

CAROLINE CUnacceptable service. Get another person at that location. Or get rid of this location. . He lied to us about everything. Truck was dirty, the dolly was not there he said it was. We looked before we left and it was not there. We had to wait two hours after scheduled pick up time to get dolly. The previous person did not put gas in the truck as well. I put 10.00 gas in. More than I needed to put in. I was told he would take off $10.00 off my account for the dolly issue. And he added $4.16 on my credit card. I paid too much for all that hassle.
