The location and representative were great but the equipment was terrible. I would like to be contacted by support for a refund given the state of the vehicle. Most notably, it was missing the driver's side windshield wiper and it began to rain shortly after leaving the lot. This prevent me from going more than 40 mph and I could not use the freeway which led to excessive milage. In addition, the knob for the headlights was broken and non functional making it even more difficult to drive in the bad weather.
MATTHEW WGave me a U-Haul with check engine light on, the vehicle sounded like it was about to explode, parking break got stuck, when I came back inside and confronted them about the vehicle they gave me one of them was laughing and walking around giggling at me. They didn’t extend my time after giving me a new truck and me having to unload and reload my stuff into the new U-Haul , and then proceeded to charge me $83 after i returned the truck and left the property, ON TOP of the $61 I originally paid.
ASHLEY VGentleman at Ravenscroft market was friendly and efficient. Pick up was easy and quick. Location was great for adding gas before driving away.
JOE FThe cashiers were not very knowledgeable and did not speak English well enough to convey info on complex issues like insurance and liability, at least not for me. When I rented the vehicle, no one looked at it with me to verify its condition. When I turned in the vehicle, no one looked at it to verify it was not damaged.

Matthew FAt the moment of picking up the truck, they want to charge me 50$ more. Finally I could take the truck for the amount I booked online. After returning the truck, when everything was ok, I received a bill with 100$. And I don't know what can I do.

Robert RU-Haul changed our pick up location without telling us. First we went to one place and they said it was changed to a different place. We went there and they said no it’s the other one down the street at a gas station. Very unprofessional of U-Haul to change it and not tell us!
Kathleen RFix your App and the information that it displays. This is 2024. There is no excuse for having a poorly written App and incorrect information. Do not advertise that the self-checkout takes about 10 minutes. My experience took 40 minutes and I had to provide information that I had already submitted twice before on previous days in order to "expedite" the checkout process. Ridiculousy poor service. Also, I was charged twice for the exact same rental charge. How does that happen?

DOUGLAS CWaited a hour to check out from a contracted location at a gas station. Had my name wrong in the reservation with my reservation number, name and location and times for pick up and drop off available showing right in my end. Called U-Haul 3 times to try and get it resolved and lead to nothing but chaos. Been a U-Haul customer for a while and this was my worst experience so far and having to pay for less time made it worst and also wasting a hour of my time waiting

Virginia JI don’t like that I paid full price to just take pictures of the return: I basically worked for U-Haul as I did my own checkout/ that is ridiculous. If I am paying full price then there should be some services offered. Or a discount if I’m doing it all by myself with a rude ass person at the front desk getting mad because I didn’t know I had to do all this myself.
Andrea HThe problem was not with the location but with the Truck. The truck had a leak in the roof and since it was raining during the move, water got inside the truck cargo area and specifically into my mattress that it is now completed ruined. The people at the location were very helpful ad they made a note about the leak. I would like for someone in U-haul customer Service to please contact me about what can be done about the mattress.
oscar gThey didn't have the furniture dolly I had specified 2 weeks earlier when I made the reservation. They gave me an appliance dolly, which was almost useless for our needs. They also only had 6 blankets instead of the 12 we had requested. The owner did not take any accountability for the missing/incomplete items, even though I told him that I was disappointed and frustrated. The truck was clean and the rental and return process was easy. I probably won't rent from this location again, though.
Stephanie HCUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE COUNTER WAS POOR AND UNKIND. WE DID NOT FEEL WELCOMED AND THE STAFF DID NOT HELP IN THE PROCESS. WE WERE MET WITH ANNOYANCE AND FELT LIKE WE WERE A BURDEN TO THE STAFF. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. MY INTEREST IN UTILIZING UHAUL IN THE FUTURE HAS DIMINISHED.
