We dropped out trailer off at the Farmington nm location and the women who was there unhitched the trailer and the trailer rolled forward and damaged our jeep bumper. We still haven't heard back from their insurance company.ALANA L.

In all, my items were well taken care of and the people I talked to and worked with were friendly. Because of some issues I cannot give any better than an average grade. There were a few issues with this service. First, I ordered 5 boxes that were delivered one at a time and then picked up as I loaded. No furniture pads were brought to me until the last box was delivered. I ended up using my own bedding to protect the furniture. Second, One of the boxes had the door hanging by just one screw at the top. I had to wait two days before they came out to repair the door before I could load anything into it. The guy I was working with on that end was very nice and willing to fix the door but it was inconvenient to have to wait while I was packing up my house. Third, I was told that the boxes would be delivered to my new door step. Upon arriving, they said that the delivery service was not available in my area. I am a single woman moving to a place where I do not know anyone, this was the only reason I went with the boxes so that I could have them brought to me. They said I would be getting a call to resolve the issue within 72 hours. I never received such call, so I ended up finding my own people to collect the boxes and bring them to my new home. No compensation, no nothing in that regards. My suggestion, make sure all is in black and white and then recheck again before you say yes to their services.Shelly S.

This location closed at NOON on Saturday, August 14, 2021 and these are regular hours for this location on Saturdays. Saturdays are prime times for people to use rental equipment for all types of needs, including return of rental equipment. Even though there is a web based check in, the security box, did NOT look secure and as there was an issue with the truck wiper blades, this needed to be addressed in person. Very disappointed in this locations customer service hours which is located on main location on Main Street in Farmington, NM. Therefore, had to return the equipment to another local dealer that was open until 5 PM and who addressed the wiper blade issue and truck return with great customer service. I do think there should be some type of credit to my account due to this equipment not being in proper working order and was not easily be noticed on initial inspection at time of rental pick-up.EDDY R.

Probably have a jack of some sort jack to lift the trailer onto the my ball hitch, I'm 50 years old and that trailer was very heavy to lift, which was very inconvenient and unsafe. The dogs in the facility were a huge distraction. Overall it is a great place to rent a u haul and the lady working there was generous an nice.MORVYN C.

I pick up my Uhaul at 9am on Wednesday. Finish loading and heading off to Florida from NM when we get the call that they gave us the wrong Uhaul truck. We had to unload to take it to uhaul to take it back. We didn't finish until 8pm. Lossing a day of trip and hotel reservation. And when we get to Florida the storage unit that we payed for was unavailable for ur. Making us pay for another day of the Uhaul. Problem after problem with UhaulMark V.

I reserved truck 2 weeks in advance, called and confirmed 2 days prior to pick up day,was told truck and car haul trailer were there, showed up on pick up date and was told that they had no truck or trailer available, even though 2 trucks were sitting on lot. Owner told me that he had to rent to other customers and in essence I got bumped. I will never use Ray Vickers again in life. I will never under any circumstances recommend anyone to use Ray Vickers and the only reason I would even consider using Uhauslagain is because the guy in San Angelo Texas was very accommodating and polite which I really appreciated after the ordeal in Farmington Nm with Ray Vickers.darrell H.

I was served by a disinterested person who did not wear a mask. I asked her if I could stay outside and that she bring the paperwork out. She called me back in to sign so I did as quickly as I could. When I brought the truck back, two other employees (or perhaps owners) came in - no masks. I will notify my friends to avoid this business and stay safe. This practice shows me that they do not want my patronage nor do they care to follow State directives. I wish they would have told me this upfront so that I would have known.Meridee W.
