I arrived at this location at 11 45 am Monday April 20th. Extremely loud music was playing in the garage area. Went into office to give my U-Haul receipt and ask where they wanted me to drop the trailer. There was not anyone in the office, I waited and finally looked through the window to the shop. A vehicle detailer person seen me, partly opened the garage door and ask what I wanted. I stated I was there to return a trailer, he stated that the manager was not there he did not know how to do that. I said here is my receipt given to me in Texas and I was going to unhook the trailer and leave. He then opened the door wider, and I was attacked by a pitbull dog. I have bite marks on my arm and felt lucky to have got away. I dropped the trailer and went to the local ER for treatment. Hospital called animal control and reported. I never received a receipt showing I had returned the trailer, yesterday I get an email from U-HAUL stating the trailer was over do I called U-Haul gave them the exact time and date I dropped off. The local Police have retained camera footage of the attack, and the dog has been taken to the local shelter. The dog is owned by the owner/manager of the facility. I am severely traumatized by this attack, thankfully I did not have my granddaughter or my puppy with me, the outcome would have no doubt been much worse.

When we arrived. There was a woman and her dog living in the trailer that I paid for. We had to wait for about 30 minutes for her to remove her belongings. We had a 10 hour trip ahead of us so this was Ridiculous! Please do Better….

JOHN SSweep out the back of the truck, read the contract that said I also rented blankets and a dolly and make sure they are included in the truck. They weren't. To the master scheduler at UHaul - don't change the pickup location from the largest site in Farmington to probably the smallest without telling the customer that the pickup location has changed and the new site is not open on Saturday. If not for the original location and staff being available on Saturday we would not have been able to make this happen.

EMILY BIt was estimated by your computer. It would take me five days to accomplish my travel, it only took three and yet I was not reimbursed two days that I did not use it, I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone anymore or use them myself I will go to a competitor That’s more reasonable and fair.
