They did not provide instructions for returning the truck other than to park it in a specific spot. They said to scan the QR code. That does nothing other than tell me to install the app. I had to call the 1800 number and have them walk me through what to do. Just a small explanation to get someone started would be great. So, I would suggest updating the procedure there. The young man was nice and very respectful when picking up the truck.

The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. The ONLY reason I went Above Average instead of Excellent was due to the street pulling out is narrow and a bit tough to turn with a trailer. But that is NOT reflective of the service, staff or product. I highly recommend anyone needing a U-Haul - any size - to choose Ray's!

Phil TI dropped off the truck at 3pm on Tuesday. It was due 12 noon on Wednesday it was entered into the system at 5pm Wednesday. I was then charged an extra day. I was also charged for extra gas which is wrong as I brought it back filled to the appropriate level. Am now waiting on mgt. to review my complaint. This would all have been unnecessary if they had logged it in correctly. I am not happy about this.

Ann SMy instructions were to call 10 minutes before arrival. I called 15 and it went to voice mail. Arrived at location to find it closed and fenced. Observed to trucks across the street so I dropped the trailer between them. Called again and left voice mail indicating what i had done and to call me if any issues arrived. Never heard back. Called again Monday and left message, no response.
DAVID KHow do I rate the location? The original location we rented from called a day in advance & told us they didn't have the truck we rented, but a nearby location did. Since it was just a little further away, it probably added to our mileage cost - not good. The location that did have the truck was very courteous & helpful. The trucks rear directionsl/brake light wasn't functional. We called roadside assistance & they were fantastic. I'm not sure which location we're supposed to be rating. The 1st didn't have the truck, but did get us another location that did. I would highly recommend UHaul. Rays Auto Works was terrific in assisting us

IDA GThey didn’t have the dolly I paid for at the location where I rented the truck, they made go to another U-Haul location to pick it up and they didn’t even put it on the contract. When I tried to return the truck I was told to return the dolly to the location I picked it up, and if I hadn’t had the person who assisted me speak with customer service, he would’ve made me return the dolly all the way back to Winter Haven, an hour and a half away from where I was supposed to drop it off. This person also tried to charge me because the truck was “dirty,” even though I told him that’s exactly how it was when I received it. On top of that, he also tried to charge me for supposedly missing fuel, even after I showed him a dated photo of the gas gauge I took when I first rented the truck and he still insisted it was my fault. In conclusion, I had a very bad experience with U-Haul from the day I rented the truck to the day I returned it.

He stayed passed closing to help us select a truck that would work for us and get us on the road. The truck was very clean and ready to role. Excellent job Ray.

ROGER JThe location was easy to find with plenty of room to park the truck. The drop off was fast and efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had rented some moving blankets as well and they were very appreciative that we had refolded the blankets and had placed them back in the bag they were originally in. Milage and gas was quickly verified and we were on our way.
