He stayed passed closing to help us select a truck that would work for us and get us on the road. The truck was very clean and ready to role. Excellent job Ray.

ROGER JThe location was easy to find with plenty of room to park the truck. The drop off was fast and efficient and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had rented some moving blankets as well and they were very appreciative that we had refolded the blankets and had placed them back in the bag they were originally in. Milage and gas was quickly verified and we were on our way.

FREDDIE CIt was fairly clean except for a very very overwhelming cigarette odor. There was anlso some trash left by previous occupants, nothing crazy just candy wrappers, but it made me feel like it hadn’t been cleaned at all in between users so I wiped down everything. Also, it would have been nice if they had t given us a gas tank that was almost at only a quarter full. We had to stop and fill up very early on.

WILLIAM FRays the man to see for UHaul equipment. He stayed at his store after hours to wait for me to pick up a tow dolly. Made the transaction fast and easy. Friendly and professional guy to do business with. If the rating is from one to five stars, Ray gets ten! Really helped me out by staying late and letting me get done what I needed to get done. Definitely would recommend him and would do business with him in the future.

Valente SI recently rented a 10' truck, but just 1 minute before my pickup time, I was told it wasn’t available. I was given a larger truck, which I didn’t want because it was harder to drive. The truck also had the check engine light on and was dirty inside and out. When I got my bill, I saw I was charged for insurance, even though I did not select it. I was also charged for both mileage and gas, but I thought I only had to pay for gas. I’m very disappointed with the poor communication, hidden fees, and bad service. I would like a refund for the insurance charge and mileage. Please let me know how you can help.

PAMELA DOver priced and I have a picture of the gas meter at pick up and drop off but was still charged an extra fee for gas. They literally add on charges and we were never told about the 60 dollar insurance fee

DOUGLAS RBusiness not open at time of pickup, 30 minutes late showing up. When returning the van mileage out was never checked by employee therefore when we returned it after hours could not check in as the mileage on odometer was lower than what was put on paper work. Had to return to business to complete turn in. Will not rent from them again.

JOSE I***NOT THE DEALER’S FAULT*** The review is for U-Haul and their policies being fucked up. The drop off location is closed on last day to drop off, and this is my fault somehow for it being returned on the next OPEN business day. $80 extra for it to just be sitting in my driveway. No extra miles were put on, we didn’t even come close to our allotted miles. Just inconvenient to travel almost 700 miles and only being able to return the equipment on the last day, no possibility of it being returned earlier. We’re given 4 days with the equipment, only 3 of them were functional days to return it. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and a useless Sunday in which almost every single Uhaul dealer is either closer or has modified hours. The drop off location did their thing, nothing wrong there. But to give someone 3 days to load a uhaul, drive the uhaul 700 miles, and drop the uhaul is outrageous. Yes I understand there’s options at certain locations to do non-contact drop off after hours but you continue to charge a fee, it just makes no sense. Once again paid $80 for what should’ve been the last day I had to return the equipment, 4 BUSINESS days

MICHAEL BAfter being transferred to another place because the person did not show for 20 minutes, I than went over to this place and waited another 20 minutes because this guy was not there either. The Truck was dirty, the ac did not work on anything over 55 mph. Did not explain milage or anything, no gas in the truck. When I went to drop it off, I dropped it off with MORE in the tank than received and the guy in Tampa even confirmed himself before charging me another $29 for 4 gallons.

Patricia SThe orginal drop off location that was made through Uhaul hasn't been a Uhaul location for months. It needs to be removed from your website!!!!! This was an inconvience having to find a new location to drop off to. Rays was vey accomodating with this.
