The location was good, one main issue was with the app, when I’m picking up or dropping off the vehicle through the app, and something doesn’t want to load, if you press the back button it takes you out of the menu completely and you can’t get back to it
Dustin ReiterMy appointment was at 10 am for pickup. I did not receive a code for the key box. There was not an associate available to help me get my truck. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service. I drove home then came back almost an hour later when they finally got it sorted out. Our project got set back over two hours because U-Haul did not fulfill their promises.

Charity FrechetIt may not have been there fault because I had trouble with the rental reservation (double booked) and the online equipment return. I got charged a late return fee even though it was on time. Luckily chad was able to help me (several times).
