Everything about my rental was awesome. The pick up spot was super nice and great staff. And my drop off spot was great too! Tge truck was very clean and worked perfect! Very much worth the rental price!

Roadside assistance was not available when I had problems. Was told to remedy problem and I would get reimbursed. They refused reimbursement. I will never rent from uhaul again!

DIEGO AInside of vehicle was filthy from previous person with crumbs, spit seeds, and spilt drink residue in the cup holders and dash board. I didn't use all of the move blankets but when I was counting them at the end I noticed I was shorted one. The employee tasked with getting them was noticably agitated with his boss.
