The trailer I reserved was not available at location promised in Edmonton. I dealt with a very unprofessional and rude woman at the 154th st location. She is a terrible representation of your company. I went home and called main number and had to drive over 100 klms out to Vegreville and back to get my size trailer, and I had reserved a month in advance. I will be looking for other soultions to my moves going forward

The direction on Google map were incorrect. The person in charge at the location told me the trailer had a flat and vent fender. I don't believe he fixed the tire as it was flat again about an hour after I picked it up. Fortunately I found a garage that fixed the tire. As well I was called by U-Haul as the trailer wasn't properly signed out to me and I was essentially driving with an unregistered trailer.

Make sure the correct drop off location is stated. I had stated the drop off location was Rocky Mountain House then got a text of Sylvan Lake for drop off. This was from computer system not from pick up location

Tires were balding, one tire's valve stem was leaking, and two of the trailer lights did not work.

The Google maps location is no where near the actual location. Caused delay in getting there and had to wait for the agent to come back to do the rental.

Very difficult to find location. Unfriendly staff. No one there when we showed up for pick up. Employee could not even help with directions to location. Generally very difficult transaction.

Trailer was hooked up improper to hitch and chains was missing safety rubbers to hold chains in place , did not offer insurence, did not do a walk around, trailer had a damaged wheel well and rear driver side tire was low with air, didn't have a good understanding about the information about how much it cost we had to stop while on the highway to find a gas station to add air to the tire also lights on the trailer where flickering while hauling the trailer and other ppl on the highway was waving the hand telling me that my trailer lights had been going on and off it was all around a bad experience and will properly not use u-haul again! Overall It was a very bad experience and I would not recommend this to anyone

the truck had cigarette buts in the ashtray, MacDonald garbage behind the seat, the back of the truck had to be swept-ed to get rid of the dirt, and it was hard to find his location as the address on his web sight is not correct

To improve I would suggest getting a new uhaul location. This man lied to me about when and how payments were done. He told me he needed my card to hold the truck and we pay at the end when we drop it off. This was however not the case. I was charged by him that minute. When I called him about this he didn't care that I had an issue and told me that the guy in Fernie could reimburse my card to pay with another one. He has not answered his phone since. This screw up put my card over the limit which I now have to pay fees on.

We booked a pick up for Tofield and were then told we had to go to Vegreville to get it. Guy in Vegreville insisted we had to return it to him because he had a customer for it, even though our contract was for a Calgary drop off. In the end customer service confirmed we could leave it in Calgary. So we did! Felt like there was a huge communication problem among Uhaul outlets.
