To please let customer know how many kilometres/miles they can travel. I got charged for 15 extra miles the next day . When I asked at the time of pickup how many kms/miles I can go , I got instructed a trip to Edmonton. Instead of this they should give clear instructions when asked that you can go 70 miles ( which I had to call customer care after I got charged).

Rent us a truck that doesn't require an hour and a half drive to pickup, which is almost out of gas when we pick it up and then gets deemed unroadworthy by the police resulting in a 6 hour delay while the truck got towed to our destination. If there was the option of negative stars I would select that. This was a horrible experience from start to finish.

The guy I have my keys too was too busy text or whatever on his phone to have a conversation with me. I also feel like I was way over charged on kilometres. There is no way I drove 1800kms. I know what the odometer read, but for the drives we did there is no way! Hinton AB to Prince George BC Add on an extra 100kms for running around etc. Prince George BC to Mundare AB Mundare AB to Rays mechanic shop just outside of Vegerville AB. I will be call after the long weekend to speak with someone as I feel the odometer is way off and not functioning correctly.,

The U-HAUL dealer (Ray) was professional & understanding of my circumstances. He made the rental / moving process seamless & showed the willingness to help out. The selection of trucks were ideal & I would highly recommend this dealer.

The address was slightly wrong on the Uhaul form, (Google maps sends you to the wrong place!) but the place itself was clean. However they're very slow in processing forms, I dropped the trailer off at the end of may, and only got the receipt for the intake on the 23 of august!

You can not improve excellency. There is nothing to improve. Trailers are easily available for viewing. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful, filled out all the forms for me, did a walk around the cargo trailer and answered all my questions.

The only thing I would suggest is if the gas tank has more gas when returned that a credit be applied to the credit card for this. We returned the vehicle with half a tank of gas as opposed to the quarter tank that was required. There is a charge if you don't return it at the level you picked it up at, but nothing for extra gas in the vehicle. Thank you.

I was greeted by the owner's barking dog off leash. After couple minutes I got out the car and went to look for the owner, which was later found plowing his field. I wanted to point out that I overfilled the gas tank (I was supposed to return at a quarter rank, but was a dozen littres or so over) and maybe I could get some kms write off because of that. That didn't matter, he didn't even listen and I was still charged same.

Location is not on google The car is in a bad condition, I was afraid that I can not complete the journey. The engine need maintenance, consumes lots of gas

I booked the unit from Aug 22 and return Aug 24 1:00pm. I got a call from Ray on Aug 23 3:30pm asking when I would be returning the truck. I said I'll probably drop it off in the evening. He said probably is not an answer. I said we booked until 1:00pm tomorrow he disagreed and said it was today at 1:00! Then informed me he had booked out for 8:00. I said not sure where or why you got that information but I was planning on dropping it off early anyway. He replied not early late! I asked him you do have a drop box he said yes. We arrived at the drop off at 9:05pm wasn't very clear on where to park the unit but followed all the online steps. When I went to put the key in the drop box his dog was not having any of that. I called Ray and he scoffed at me saying your dropping off after hours! I left the key in truck and truck unlocked. My question is why does a 24hour drop off have a guard dog protecting the dropbox?

Our reservation was for 10:00 am. We arrived on location at 9:55am. It took an hour and a half of four adults trying the combination lock to finally unlock it (outside in -10/-15 weather). After this fiasco, I entered the U-Box with my excited children to find it completely filthy. Coffee was spilled all over the seats and center console, dust was covering the dash. In the middle of a pandemic this was extremely distressing. Due to time and schedule restraints we had no option but to take this U-Box. I am extremely dissatisfied with this transaction. The woman who worked at the pick up location was very kind and tried to be as helpful as she could.

The gentleman at this location was excellent. If it wasn’t for him I probably would have had a nervous breakdown. My movers truck had broke down and I didn’t have anyone else to help so I called uhaul. The gentleman assured me that everything would be fine. I would never recommend anyone move without using uhaul, I will be telling everyone to use uhaul even for short trips. Thank you for making the move a little less stressful.
