Robert SI made a reservation at a different place for pick up at noon. For some reason the uhaul website/client claimed it was for 10am, I was unable to change this time, and said I didn't pick it up in time and canceled. Again. Hwy 72 location great. Uhaul website needs work.

JOHN VI rented a trailer and it had over a foot of snow in it so before I could load it i had to shovel it out completely
NOEL HTrailer had been used to haul car parts and smelled like motor oil. The floor was still slippery from oily residue. Nothing from inside my house could be hauled in the trailer. I also returned the trailer one day early and received no credit for the early return.
Andre KClean, inviting dealership. Location is a little hard to find by address. Confirmation gave the wrong phone number for drop-off dealer. Generally this is what I expect from U-haul.

JERRY BIt took 45 minutes for the pickup. I completed forms, license upload, etc… before arriving. Yet, I had to wait for 45 minutes of data entry/computer before I was allowed to take the trailer. The wait was not because they were so busy. I was the first person in line on my arrival. I have no idea why I had to wait so long when all my data including payment and drivers license was already in the system
JEREMI SService was excellent. Equipment worked well. I liked being able to drop-off the truck after hours. Kieth was great to work with. Definitely would recommend!

KEVIN KI rented a tow dolly and nearly lost the vehicle because both straps came apart where they are sown together. This is completely unacceptable and could of cost someone their live(s). Who ever is providing the straps down for the dollys is making an inferior product. In my 30 years of using tow dollys I never had a strap come apart and none the less both of them that I'm amazed I was able to come to a complete stop without getting into a major accident.

RANDY SNothing to do with the location. Didn't love that I kept (both times) got moved to a different location for pickup. The other has to do with the address sent to me. When I clicked on a link to take me to the location, it took me to the wrong place. Several miles off.

Bradly PYour U-Haul app is terrible and kept crashing I was unable to upload photos of the truck every time I’d try it would crash and kick me out of the app.
Nicholas CMake sure your original photos/starting photos are up-to-date. Your app had an old photo which would have led to a greater mileage charge for me, which would have been incorrect and potentially fraudulent. However I saw myself that the operator at Razor Box Storage was *correctly* taking photos and uploading them to your site/app, so the operator was not the problem. The operator at the store was great.

Ron LFix the app for Mobil pickup. I went through the process of taking all the photos then had to retake photos then it went through an approval process. It took a long time but then it finally approved but I could not find the code to get the truck. It’s was smalll text and blended in with the rental part. Just sucked. Needs to be large and a photo attached to how to retrieve the key. Don’t ask questions before the key is found like inside the truck. I was not happy with the pick up and drop off process. I will not use it or recommend it to anyone.. Feel free to call me on my cell and I can fill you in on all the stuff you could do to fix your process.
Ralph LIt’s always a pleasure working with Keith. He greets me at the door, made fast easy work connecting my trailer and made disconnects fast and simple upon my return for check in. Our storage is in excellent clean and bug free condition. Job Well Done! Rod
