It was clean and everyone was very helpful and nice.
Kirina KThe single staff member on duty expected me to place the trailer in a certain area and to unhook the trailer myself. When I pushed back about disconnecting the trailer she finally agreed to perform that task, telling me that ‘this was not a U-Haul facility and that their firm’s policy was not to have a female staffer unhitch a trailer. I agree that she possibly did not need to perform the unhitching of the trailer but I was directed by U-Haul to take the trailer to this particular location. Management should have had adequate staffing to perform the necessary tasks associated with operating a trailer/truck rental service.
