On the morning of my rental, I switched to a different pickup location in Missoula that had already closed for the weekend, which meant using mobile check-in. I tried to complete mobile check-in before arriving, not realizing it only works once you're at the location. Sean noticed the error message and proactively reached out to me. He explained what was happening and gave me a helpful tip about enabling precise location on my phone so the app would work correctly. He also caught something I didn’t know was a problem—because the pickup location was closed, the dollies I reserved hadn’t been placed in the truck. I needed those more than anything for my move. Sean contacted the dealer and made sure the equipment was added before I arrived. I felt pretty stressed that morning—first time renting a U-Haul and driving a larger vehicle than I’m used to, and dealing with last-minute changes. His help made a huge difference. Because of him, I avoided a major issue that could have disrupted the whole move. The fact that he noticed the situation, reached out, and solved the problem before I even knew it existed is truly exceptional. I really appreciate the level of care and follow-through—this was above and beyond.
