This pick up site was a gas station. Not an actual UHaul facility. The gas station attendant was very nice and friendly. However she is not a UHaul employee and had no support from UHaul. I had A LOT of problems checking in. I had to call UHaul and they were not very helpful. Next time I would definitely be sure to pick up at an actual UHaul facility.
