The original truck that I reserved was not there. Luckily a van worked. It took a very long time to complete the transaction which made me late for meeting my moving crew. The location seemed very disorganized and unsure of how to complete the transaction.

Nearby location was best attribute.The location was NOT aware of my reservation. Had to make new reservation at location that was a MESS.
Peter WUsing App especially in the beggining was too complicated and the system took too long to do. Many delays on getting approval with very little help at location.
JOSEPH MThe location does not need improvement. But the U-Haul application options for reserving accessories needs improvement for more accuracy. Especially for items like a furniture dolly, utility dolly, appliance dolly, and moving pads, the area locations are undersupplied and causes an unsatisfactory experience for the customer. I reserved 2 dollies and moving pads, and none were available at this site or a dozen nearby sites. It is not the fault of the location, but of the corporate supply provider.
Richard WPamela was an absolute dream to work with, and very accommodating. I do wish there was a better check in process so that she would have been more equipped to help. We had to call someone who was very difficult to understand over the phone and they had to do all the check in on their side. It was complicated and frustrating, but Pamela was calm and consistent throughout. Very nice, I would come back just for her.
