I picked up the truck at the gas station, and a very kind gentleman assisted me. The whole process was quick and easy, which made my move to my new home so much smoother. Returning the truck to the same location was just as simple. The vehicle was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I truly had a great experience from start to finish.

This pick up site was a gas station. Not an actual UHaul facility. The gas station attendant was very nice and friendly. However she is not a UHaul employee and had no support from UHaul. I had A LOT of problems checking in. I had to call UHaul and they were not very helpful. Next time I would definitely be sure to pick up at an actual UHaul facility.
