the pickup time was delayed due to them being out of the office but they called me as soon as they were close so i could meat them back at the shop. nice people. no complaints.

TONJA SThe owner was on location after 11:30. Unfortunately, his son and grandson were the only ones who new how to deal with the UHaul rentals. The son never showed up for work and the grandson was more interested in towing cars. He left me waiting for 3 hours and 15 minutes. If I were UHaul, I’d find someone who valued his customers and the UHaul franchise!

Chad SWe originally had booked a 20 ft truck to be picked up in Rocky Mount NC from Price Down Food Mart. When we arrived we were told they didn’t have a 20 ft truck. He had a 26 ft truck but said it was for local use only. We spoke to UHaul customer service and we’re told the closest truck available was in Skippers Va. so an hour later we got to the Skippers location and found we had to redo all our information again online. This proved to be a long tiresome process that was not user friendly.. so we were three hours late starting our move.

Vanessa AThe online pickup system was confusing and the wait to talk to a human exceeded an hour. It was an altogether terrible experience. I also was charged an extra day, but the application informed me to return the truck on Monday so it could be checked in in person. So I waited a day, then got charged. This was an awful experience.

Mahala MEmployee wasn’t as pleasant as I’d hoped. It was as if we inconvenienced him. Mentioned not renting trucks any longer because he “can’t get anything done”. He was however, efficient and helpful after the transaction was complete.

VINCENT FJesse King was very helpful guiding me to purchase the correct ball hitch and later checked hitch - making sure it was secure, hooked trailer up for me, and told me how to unhitch it when I arrived at drop off location. Excellent service.

DEREK WOver all the process was good. First time doing a rental and return Over the phone. The authorization process took a few minutes but got it. Wondering if the location store knew I was coming. Wouldn't want to look crazy driving off with a truck. Lol

ARLENE CThe customer service at this location was not there when we dropped off the vehicle. We had to leave it in the dropbox and the gas was topped off past the mark and they also tried to overcharge me 100 miles... If I had not looked into it they would have billed me incorrectly. I want a full refund as that business should not be operating without someone being there to receive the truck for pick up and making a big mistake and disputing with me about the mileage.I have used your company on numerous occasions but please reconsider these side companies that should not be paired with your business. Please reimburse me fully as I do not trust the representative at that particular location.
