The clerk in the store was not wearing a mask at pick up or drop off, nor was there any glass or plexiglass barrier between the customer and the clerk. He also made an odd comment about my name - nothing I would have mentioned but since you asked. I appreciate the convenience of the location. I rented a furniture dolly that we didn't get at the rental but were charged for. When my husband called and told u haul we were told they would call us back and adjust the price but no one has. Good location & truck, subpar corporate customer service.Andrew S.
We talked on the phone twice and thought everything was set up. We get to the truck and there were no keys. It was cold outside and we were checking other trucks to see if we had just gotten the wrong one. The uhaul 800 number wasnt working until after several tries. Then we had to go to a further location that didnt have dollies. It just made moving so much worse.Elizabeth D.
The web site reservation process was smooth and quick. The team member (I believe Ashley) who assisted w/pick-up & delivery was friendly, helpful, and efficient. This was our first rental from your company and we'll definitely return and recommend to others.Matthew L.

Be more accurate, the advertisement is misleading. $19.95 a day turns into almost $80, I had less miles than stated (7miles) and I was charged $15 for 3.5 gallons of gas! I only drove for 10 miles, that means that vehicle was getting 3 miles a gallon. UnbelievableCRISTIAN B.
My complaints aren't with the location but with UHaul itself. Your website was down and phone system so couldn't book. Worse yet your phone system didn't say it was down just had you on hold with a msg saying the next available staff person would be with you soon. When trying to pick up the vehicle, the locational services wouldn't work so it took over an hour to get the vehicle. UHaul gets an F in my book. It was a terrible experience and for all the time I spent trying to get the vehicle you should be paying me.ALEXANDRA B.
Not the fault of the location at all, but the the website was not working for returning the truck. Tried about 6 times with the error always happening on the last step of payment. Tried to reach customer service call with no luck, and had my partner try on her phone to complete the return process of checking out. Took maybe 20 to 30 mins just to return, which made the entire experience much worse. Everything else was great.Kenneth Y.
Easy to find location. Richard was super friendly and upbeat. He answered all my questions and any concerns I had. The pickup process is insanely cumbersome. You ask for a plethora of absurdly redundant information at the WRONG time! We provided, credit card, address, driver license, phone number at the time of registration. THEN at pickup I provided a photo, the drivers license (AGAIN) and you ONLY THEN ask for a passport? or another contact???? My wife does NOT have a cell phone and she was with me...so when I provided our only other contact (HOME) of course you could not find anybody (plus, your number is flagged as spammer by local phone companies). So I provided my company info...and even that was not sufficient! Fortunately we have a daughter...but if someone is either single or with nobody home, they would better go elsewhere to rent a truck!!! Sorry, this was the worst experience I had with renting anything...ever.Andrea P.

I had opted for the mobile pick up option. However once I was at the location and logged into the website to get the pick up process started, the website kept throwing an error stating it couldn't get my location. The online check in after hours is terrible! Your online system said they couldn't find my location , even though I was stand next to the truck. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes , my son discovered how to open the lock without knowing the code. If he hadn't figured it out, them we would have stood there for 90 minutes in the rain for the owner to get to the store to open it. Never U haul again.Elizabeth P.

The facility is always clean and well organized abd the employees are always helpful. However trying to check in online was a fucking disaster and your website sucks. You emailing me basically last fucking minute that my rental cjanged to self checkin was a joke. I was standing right in the parking lot and even though my gps app showed me I was at tue facility your app kept saying I was not there. Not to mention I tried to call customer service and the lady said she was to busy and fucking hung up on me.JOHN B.
Looked like van was rented after hours before my pick up in the morning and not properly wiped down using COVID protocol. There was dirt on the bed of the van and muddy hand-prints on the doors and inside the cab. Had my own wipes and did a cleaning before taking the van. If rentals can occur 7/24, I do not understand how that is safe if COVID prep is skipped. UHAUL corporate should revisit how 7/24 should work. Looks like a big safety gap.JEFFREY F.

My truck rental went incredibly smoothly and the service was great. I called in the reservation and the truck was ready when I needed it, it took only a couple of minutes to complete the initial transaction and get into the truck, and return took no time at all. Excellent service provided by Richard Bell when I arrived, patient and helpful as I am a first time customer, and was having issues with my cell reception which hampered the process somewhat. I was very disappointed that my original reservation was for the Sammamish location which was closed. This cost me several hours which was unfortunate as I had hired movers. When I called in and reserved I had not used UHaul before. I was not told to create an account prepare the login by submitting my driver lic info etc, and to make sure *location service* in the browser is turned on, or else nth else would work. This caused confusion and almost 1 and 1/2 hour of delay when I was picking up the car. Then I called in and was put on hold before getting help. The root problem was that I was not given clear instructions of the most important information: *how to prepare before picking up the car*.Margus V.

When reserved a one way truck. We were not told until we picked up the truck that it had to be returned to the same site. This doubled our mileage! We would not have rented here had we know this during the reservation process. This should be improved. Truck was super clean though.William C.
