Have Staff, ON DUTY..longer during their shift, instead of "shuttling Equipment"... Staff was very professional, when ON DUTY.
Kevin cDidn't realize that there was a 10% mileage increase since my 2025 rental. Rental was clean but not without mud stains and loose debris inside the cab and cargo area.
