The key is very stubbrn to get turned on. I mention it to the attendant and he informed me that U Haul has known about the problem for 2 years now. I want to see your reaction when a customer is stuck somewhere because they cannot get the key to turn to start the engine. Maybe a service call or a towing bill will nudge ya'll to fix it.

The u-haul part of the experience was great. However, the Pickup location was bad. Did not open till 25 minutes after their stated open time so had to stand around and wait just to get handed the key.

Truck was filthy and smelled of manure - NOT what someone wants for moving their household goods. When I rented the truck I indicated this, when I returned I said it was not ready for the next renter and UHaul wanted to charge ME. Disappointing with the truck and the way your app handles this getting reported.

I have had an awful experience with Uhaul this time. I had to call three times last week to get things set up and because they changed my pick up location to this location without asking. I did not choose this location though it was fine. I asked them where I would be dropping off and they told me they didn't know and that I would have to call Uhaul for a fourth time to find out. I did exactly that and was told to bring the truck to Redmond (which was close to where I wanted). This was fine until I got a call the day after from a manager telling me that I had to go back to Redmond to move the truck for her or I would be charged fees. She told me that she wishes that they had enough personnel to move the truck themselves but they don't so I have to do it. I told her to check the recording of my phone call from yesterday that instructed me to leave the truck there and that I refused to pay fees or go all the way back to Redmond. She never called me back but I got this survey and no charges to I assume she got it figured out and found that I wasn't lying. AWFUL SERVICE! I will be avoiding the use of Uhaul in the future even if the alternative costs more.

I am almost nine months pregnant. I am anemic and have placenta previa. I’m not much help to anyone moving right now; especially my poor husband. I called the day before to confirm that the utility dolly would be available at my time of reservation for u share. I was reassured it would and alas it was not. I spent half an hour on the phone discussing what options I had and was told I would not be charged for it. I was charged. Spent another half hour getting the charge off. Very frustrating not having the dolly in this heat we had today being pregnant and anemic. And the struggle of being charged for something I did not receive that I was assured would be there.
