I have been charged for $15 coverage without even telling me.. I have raised a dispute to get that reverted... So far no one called, Expecting it by tomorrow..
HITANK GThe instructions for dropping keys wasn’t as clear. Didn’t get receipt. Amanda lady who was supposed to help me with uhaul drop off wasn’t helpful and didn’t help to the best of her ability. Kept ignoring me and focused her attention on other things.

Han RI usually go to uhaul near my home in Sammamish. The service and location is top notch. Further, I have never rented a uhaul for 4 hours and paid 80.00! The most I've been charged for a uhaul is 49.00. I was charged double at Redmond! I will not use your uhaul again, nor will I recommend anyone go there.

THOMAS GStaff is great and equipment worked well, office experience was smooth and easy. However, the windshield was extremely dirty, covered with some kind of droppings. It didn't have a huge impact on visibility, but it would have been better if the windshield was clean.
David BThis is my third time using U-Haul at three different locations, and it has been the worst experience. There was a fee not mentioned on the website and not charged at the other locations. Additionally, they charge for two days of service for a late return.

Debra HThe phone system makes it impossible to reach someone at the actual rental location. When I called during the week, I was routed to some central location. When I needed to speak to someone after dropping off the van after hours, the voice mail system said I could opt to receive a call back within 2-3 minutes. An automated call did come in a few minutes later, but when I pressed 1 to speak to a representative, it hung up on me. That happened two more times before I finally said STOP in the text chain

Todd BThe truck had a lot of visible damage to both sides and the top of the cab. When we initially opened the cargo hatch there was standing water in the front left corner, which they did get a mop and clean. It appeared, however, that there were several roof leaks as there was more water when we arrived to the first location and more when we arrived to the second so my stuff was wet. When I turned the truck on, the check engine light was on. Employee stated it was fine, when I asked if he knew why the light was on he simply said no and stared at me. Refused to update me to another truck and told me to call Uhaul if the light became a problem. Truck made a clanging noise when driven but did not overheat or break down.
KELLY NVehicle was not clean on the inside and the cargo area had not been swept. In addition, U-haul equipment (dolly and blanket) from previous rental were still in the cargo area.

David ZThe app for checking in the truck after hours sucks. It took 15 minutes to download and then 39 minutes to work thru all the requested information. At the end, I’m not sure if I completely checked out or not, did not get a receipt and can find no record of the rental in the app.

Richard WThe assistant was friendly and helpful. My only small comment is that when I inspected the van I noticed a warning on the instrument panel about a tire sensor fault. I had to go back to the office to ask about this and was told it was awaiting repair. It would have been nice to have been told that before I inspected the van. No big issue, just would have been nice to know before taking the van.

SUSAN LVan was not clean inside or out. Dirtiest windshield I have ever seen. We returned it far cleaner than we got it. Counter person offered to sweep it for us but couldn't do anything else because it isn't a full service location. I suggest uhaul indicate this when making the online reservation.
