The attendant told me to take the vehicle without insoection or a proper agreement. He did not offer insurance and could not find the keys. When he finally found the keys, he told me to go and we would worry about everything after. The vehicle was dirty and low fuel. I drove 15 kms in total, had the vehicle 1-1/2 hours in total, put 5.00 gas in to cover. When I returned the vehicle, he again said dont worry about anything, I would get an email. He took my credit card info and off I went. The email I received showed over 23.00 in gas. When I called ro rectify, he did not answer. I called 6 times over 2 hours and he didnt answer. One time he picked up and immediately hung up. Clearly he is avoiding me because he knows he was being underhanded.

When booking information was not made clear on pricing and about insurance. Had a truck for 7 hours and paid over 500 dollars, feel this is alittle over the top. Best part of the experience was dropping truck off in Southampton, the woman there was amazing!

He did not explain how to use the truck. about maintenance, the truck requires a new whipper windshield, they work so bad. driving from Toronto to Miami, imagine how many rain were and the whippers was made my driving so hard.
